Oh my Goodness…. Where do I start. I have had a 2017 Hyundai for nine years. Each and every person that works at Hyundai of Muskoka has been top notch at caring for my car as well as any concerns I’ve ever had. I have just traded it in on a new Hyundai Tucson. I just love this vehicle. Eugene,Sam,Patrick,Carrie,Trent,Barb,Dustin,Faith and I’m sorry there’s a few I haven’t mentioned… They are above Phenomenal always here to answer any concerns I may have. Eugene and Samantha made this happen for me. I’m beyond Grateful. I will always be a loyal customer as I feel there the Best of the Best. Hyundai of Muskoka deserve much much more than a five star. I have been a customer of Hyundai of Muskoka for the last 10 years and sales and service have always been top notch. Last week Patrick the service manager went above and beyond to help me with an issue on my 2025 Tucson. I discovered on a Tuesday that my air condoning wasn't working. I was going by the dealership on my way north a few days later and Patrick offered to do a quick check to see if they could determine the issue. He arranged for my Tucson to be checked and had the air condoning system recharged that same afternoon. Great service and working air for my trip up and back.

Very very happy I decided to come to this dealership. The service staff were amazing, the vehicle was washed very well, thanks Bailey! And the waiting room was comfy and had coffee, tea, water. Was a good experience for my first time there and going back to get another issue fixed. Would highly highly recommend. Location is good too! Your staff are gold!

My stepfather was traveling in Canada on vacation in October with a Hyundai rental car when, far away from any rental station, the engine warning light came on. Fortunately, Hyundai of Muskoka was only 20 km away. Without charging him anything, they read the engine data and told him that he could continue driving without any problems. Friendly and helpful—that's how a car dealer should be!
