The waiting area is roomy, clean, bright and well equipped for those who bring their laptops or other devices to use while they wait. The gentlemen manning the service desk are efficient and accommodating. And for the six years I have brought my car in for servicing, the service provided has always been excellent.

I went in for warranty work. Seat was left filthy with grease/dirt upon pick up, they had to take it back and clean it, and the engine compartment was covered in dried coolant from them working on the cooling system and bleeding It. Vehicle was professionally detailed less then 2 weeks prior so it was spotless inside and out when I dropped it off. Plus they tried selling me brakes stating they were 2mm left. I’m a tech myself and they were no where near 2mm. They all measured at 6mm. They even knew I was a tech when dropping off and still tried selling me unnecessary needed front brakes.

This was my 4th vehicle bought at Hyundai of Newport and would not go anywhere else.always pleasure to do business there. Greg was my salesman made the whole process easy. I always have worked with him wouldn’t have gone anywhere else!

My car is running perfectly now!"

Great service experience as always. My service advisor Paul was very good. He kept me updated on the progress of my car and set up the pick up and drop off flawlessly! Couldn’t ask for better.
