Elizabeth was helpful as soon as I stepped into the shop. She basically took over and communicated with me what can and will get done. I felt that I could trust her and she knows what she is doing. I know she's very busy. But she always found time to keep me informed with the progress on my car. I drove home and I was very satisfied with the work that was done. I wouldn't change anything. We just bought our 2026 Ioniq 9 from Hyundai of San Bruno and could not be happier with the experience. Tommy was absolutely fantastic — professional, caring, and patient throughout the whole process. George in finance was equally great and made that part of the process smooth and stress-free. We had to bring our kids along, and the team was so accommodating and kind to them. That meant the world to us. What really set this experience apart was that we never felt pressured or misled — just honest, straightforward communication the whole way through. And when we arrived to pick up our new car, there was a giant red bow on the hood waiting for us. Our whole family absolutely loved that touch. It made an already exciting day feel truly special. I came here just to look at cars, not to buy one. Honestly, I didn’t have any intention of purchasing a car that day. Serhat made me ask myself the question “What do I really want?” a question I hadn’t even asked myself and guided me toward a car that truly fit my needs. Working with Tommy at San Bruno Hyundai was amazing. We were coming off of a prior lease of a 2024 Ioniq 5 Limited coming to an end and had been shopping around for a couple of months trying to figure out what to do next. Tommy was not only knowledgeable informative and courteous, but gave the full white glove experience to us, we were driving from Sacramento and he made sure everything was as smooth as possible and worked to fulfill our needs. We got the exact car we wanted in the spec, color and everything we needed on lease and the terms were exactly what we had hoped for but other dealers failed to provide. There were no unexpected charges or markups. The dealership was transparent and thoughtful about every aspect. It was a night and day experience to the Hyundai dealerships we’d been to locally. We were the first people to drive our car and it was immaculate. They even didn’t pre-drill the front plate. On top of this, I accidentally left our gate opener and plate frame on the previous car during the hustle and bustle of swapping cars and Tommy made sure to locate them first thing on his next shift and mail them out to us. He has even called a couple of times to check in and see how the car is treating us this last week. We are so thankful for the experience we had working with San Bruno Hyundai and will 100% recommend them and Tommy to anyone and everyone looking to purchase a Hyundai or Genesis. I contacted this dealership to inquire about the Ioniq 5 2026. This location was the only location that has the trim and color I wanted. My sale representative was Cristal Vasquez and she was very helpful and straightforward. I didn't get any sus vibe from her. If you are a Costco member, ask for Cristal as she is the rep for Costco discount. The dealership honored the Hyundai finance offer and Cristal made the extra effort to deliver an extra accessory to my home. Overall, a great experience buying a new car from this dealership. It's unfortunate that it's so far away from my home, otherwise I would consider taking my car here for service.
