I brought my 2022 Tucson hybrid in for servicing on Dec 12th after it was acting up…turns out it needed a wiring harness and EGR valve (which was covered under warranty). This took them a month to fix. (Btw my mom had the same issue with her Santa fe hybrid). I never got any updates unless I reached out to them first. I was not offered a loaner because they had none to give me which forced me to buy a rental over the holidays and cost me hundreds of dollars. Every time I inquired about my vehicle’s status they came up with a new excuse for why it was being delayed which I realised from the other 1 star reviews is common from this dealership. They love to put the blame on Hyundai Canada when it was this dealership that ordered the wrong part and caused even more of a delay. When I finally picked up my vehicle on Jan 12th (31 days later), all they did was try to sell me an extended warranty. The sales dept is pushy as well, trying to do an appraisal on my vehicle in the past when i've brought it in for a simple oil change. I really wish they would’ve taken some responsibility for the situation and I'm really disappointed in their customer service. I will be switching back to a Toyota as I've never had an issue with them. I urge anyone wanting to do business with this Hyundai dealership to reconsider.
