I spoke briefly with someone yesterday. I tried calling back a little while later because I forgot the name of the faulty engine part I was told that is causing my car's engine to turn off while driving. I called a few times, always being transferred, then put on hold for 10, 15+ minutes each time. Someone always seemed to pick up then put me back on hold and then it went to voicemail. I left a message at 11:45 am yesterday but nobody has returned my call. Not impressed.
