Hyundai Repentigny

Very disappointing customer service experience. The front desk staff appeared fully capable of speaking English, but deliberately chose not to, which made the interaction unnecessarily difficult and unprofessional. This is a Hyundai dealership in Canada, not a private language club. Customers should not be made to feel unwelcome or ignored simply because they speak English. If a business wants to serve the public, basic professional communication should not be optional. If this is how they treat potential customers before a sale, I can only imagine how they handle problems after taking your money. Not recommended.

Fantastic staff, extremely honest and knowledgeable, shout out Dan in sales & Tania in finance, they are the best extremely professional. Highly recommend !

Visited them based on the pricing they listed online. After a test drive, and a good experience with the salesperson, they failed to honor their online price, indicating that it was a mistake and that the small print on their web page absolves them of a responsibility to adhere to the advertized price. Mistakes happen, but they should have owned up to it instead of wasting the my time. I would advise anyone considering dealing with them to verbally confirm any advertised price before visiting.
