Hyundai Santa Monica

I have not bought a car for a number of years. Was looking for a mid-size hybrid sedan. Saw a vehicle the dealer had listed on cargurus.com, it was an excellent price & had the upscale limited package I was interested in. I went thorough the site & received an email immediately & reached the salesperson, Evie, the next morning.She was readily available that day, but I went in the following morning. During the purchase I was offered the dealer options, but not with any pushy or hard-sales tactic. The car was ready for the test drive. Didn't have someone to drive my old car home, the dealer provided transportation for me to come back & drive the new car home. When I came back to pick-up the car, it was washed & serviced. I cannot say I had the same pleasant experience when I had gone to Toyota & Nissan dealerships, before Hyundai. This dealership is really outstanding & made me feel that my satisfaction was their #1 top priority. Evie listened to my requests & had the nicest disposition & demeanor of any car salesperson I have ever dealt with-extremely professional & well-spoken. I am a100% happy customer and will return to Hyundai Santa Monica for any future needs. You cannot beat the warranties and the high-quality build of their cars. I felt the Hyundai Sonata Hybrid limited rivals some European luxury sedans & this dealer further enhanced the experience, could not be more pleased. I love my new car.

I arrived a little late past my appointment and the staff did stay past their shift to make sure I picked the best car. Grateful for Joey who was a great help as well!!
