Hyundai Valleyfield

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Hyundai Valleyfield. I would recommend the dealership. The salesperson, Rick, was very friendly and forthcoming about the vehicle's history and the results of their inspection. He conveniently provided a video to show the condition of elements of the vehicle since I live in Ottawa. The vehicle was ready for pick up in a timely manner and the purchase process was straightforward and friendly. I had an aftersale issue that the Sales Manager, Donnie, resolved to my complete satisfaction. I would be happy to purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Hyundai Valleyfield. I went in this morning because my engine temperature has been going higher, which is obviously concerning. Before even properly checking the car, I was told they couldn’t do anything and that no loaner vehicle was available if I left my car there. I expected more support and professionalism, especially when dealing with a potential engine issue and a vehicle still under warranty. I left feeling dismissed and unheard rather than helped. I hope the dealership improves the way they handle customer concerns in the future.

Dealt with Simon, excellent,courteous,polite super knowledgeable, just all around great service, friendly staff ,not pushy in selling extras but will promote and let you know what is available,without pressure, I definitely appreciated that ! Also finance lady ( forgot her name) super sweet new at Toyota but came with experience, knew her work and well advised. The delivery was super special also! Highly recommend! Definitely deserve a 5 star, referred my friend she also had great service. Thank you! Love my car,just FABULOUS! I was referred by nephew Ronnie who knows the owner, says very honest and down to earth.

The receptionist looks at you like you’re nothing. Not even a hello. I had an appointment for a recall. I’m happy I did not spend money here.

My visit today took me by surprise... i worked in many dealerships and let me tell you that Hyundai Valleyfield raised high the standards. Their ture wearhouse is massive ... not to mention their automatic alignment diagnostic free to use machine. 2 thumbs up guys!!
