We had a great experience with Stefan! Picked up an 2026 Elantra, and Stefan was very kind, simple, and overall easy going to do deal with. Stefan was communicating with us back and forth and working around our schedules from the day we initiated the conversation, to test drives, and finally, the delivery. The dealership is very clean. Looking forward to this new relationship with servicing my car, also spoked to Anna in the service department to confirm my first oil change and maintenance etc, all went smooth. Love the Cyber Grey color of our new car, Stefan made sure he had the color and vehicle in stock. Thanks

I bought a brand new Kona from the gentleman Hardik as my sales rep who guided me every step of the way. He ensured he understood my needs, and helped me select the right vehicle and upgrades within my budget. I very much appreciated his knowledge and patience with me in the buying process as this is my first car. The Oakville Hyundai location is nicely kept and even the manager Mike helped me in ordering the color I wanted from Korea. I would definitely go back to this location again when I need to buy a second car.

Came to test drive a 2021 used car (which we did like), but left with a 2025 demo Hyundai Elantra Preferred with Tech, which I’m even happier with. Really appreciated how kind and patient the staff were, particularly Chris Hagle who sold us the vehicle. We were able to barter for a good deal and the Sales Manager, Michael, was even kind enough to give us some Starbucks gift cards for our business. They even offered to let us spin the wheel for a deal (only for 2025 deals), even though it was January when we came and we landed on a 85inch TV although we opted to get oil changes instead of taking the TV. There was some cosmetic damage on the vehicle that we didn’t see when test driving because it was covered in snow, but they offered to fix it for us, free of charge, and gave us a loaner vehicle for a week while it was being fixed. They weren’t pushy, which I really appreciated. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because we were looking at the used 2021 Elantra and two 2025 demo models, one Elantra preferred, one Elantra preferred tech, and were told that all of them have wireless Apple CarPlay. After testing the 2021 and one of the 2025’s (preferred), which both had wireless Apple CarPlay that we tested, I just accepted that and didn’t think to check the third one. But upon picking up the one we bought, 2025 preferred tech, I noticed it only had wired CarPlay which was one of my two musts. I was pretty disappointed, but bought an adaptor on Amazon which mostly works. It’s slightly my fault for not testing it before buying, but after having seen the others and being told it was the same, I was sad that it wasn’t. Overall though, a good experience with this dealership.

I especially want to thank PRAB for his excellent customer service. Every time I visit for service, he is always very friendly, respectful, and helpful. I have been there around four times already, and he always talks nicely and makes the experience comfortable and professional. I really appreciate his attitude and support. Thank you again.
