Called on a Monday afternoon to express interest in a 2019 Kia Niro EV. I told the guy on the phone (Tony?) that I was coming by in the next two days to look at the car once I got a ride. I saw on the carfax it was on their lot since July of 2025. I asked him why and he told me “electric cars have dropped in demand”. Never mentioned any issues. I told him I’ll call when I know I’ll be coming. Called again on Tuesday letting him know I’ll be there at 10am on Wednesday. Drove 40 mins to the dealership and the car was covered in so much tree debris and dust it was appalling. Was told that if we bought it they would wash it if we wanted. Car also wasn’t fully charged. Was around 40% SOC. Took it out on the road for the test drive, and immediately heard a loud crunching/rumbling every time the car would regenerate electricity. Drove it for a couple miles just to see if it would clear up and it persisted. Brought it back and told him I wasn’t interested because of that rumbling noise. He said “yeah we had a shop look at it and they think it’s bad bearings in the electric drive motor”. No wonder why it’s been sitting on their lot since July. I’m more pissed about the 80 mins of driving and the fuel I wasted. When I called the noise should have been disclosed. To also not even bother making sure it was charged and presentable especially with advance notice…..all around bad experience. I would avoid this place.

Fairly quick process! They were very helpful with any questions about the warranties, the loan amounts, and absolutely any other questions we had. Did not feel pushed at all to purchase beyond what I wanted or needed regarding the warranty. I found a great deal and am very excited about my new used car! Purchased a 2014 Mazda

They were very professional, when I stopped in I was interested in a certain vehicle but someone had already purchased it Chase showed me 3 other vehicles that might have been of interest to me . I picked one out and he left me test drive it and I was very much happy with it. So I purchased it and for the past 3 weeks I had no issues with it thus far . The other gentleman was very ,very helpful to get all the paperwork done swiftly. I was and am very satisfied with the whole process of the purchase of my 2003 Ford explorer sport track. I would highly recommend if you need a good vehicle to checkout this place and give them a chance.

Bought my first car on my own from I-Deal Cars back in August 2025 (2018 VW Tiguan SE), and I am so thankful that this dealership and its staff landed in my lap. Buying a vehicle is an inherently anxiety-inducing process, and I am so very thankful for the folks who helped us (wish I could remember their names!), specifically the female accountant. Everything was explained in thorough detail and they allowed us as much time as we (really, I) needed to make such a large purchase. I was able to test drive multiple cars, trade-in my decrepit 2011 Chevy Malibu LT, and sign/take-home my VW the same day. I appreciate the genuine nature of the people here and will continue to recommend them any chance that I get.

My experience with dealership was AWESOME! I dealt with Chase and Shawn who were both terrific. Chase even helped load our scooters up in the back. Thanks for a total great experience.
