We were on vacation in OC and our van started acting weird, on a Sunday, the day we were supposed to head home. We couldn't so Monday, we took our van to I.g. Burton in Berlin. The service advisor was so helpful. He got our van fixed immediately- it was a stuck caliper and the brake line had melted. They had the parts but not the brake line. They promised to have our van done by 9am the next day, to allow for the part to come in. Their free shuttle service brought my husband home. The next day, as promised, they called to say our van was done. AND they found a coupon so the repair was $100 less than originally quoted. The free shuttle came and picked us up and we were on our way. I am seriously considering getting all my service done here,even though I live 2.5 hrs away. I'm very impressed. The level of service we received was outstanding and so hard to come by. Thank you, Lou for being amazing and going above and beyond for us!

I had purchased a Dodge Durango in 2024 from IGBurton. I had such a great experience with their sales consultant, Mike Larkin that I decided to go back. I wanted a particular truck and gave him the word several weeks back. He kept in touch when similar vehicles came in the dealership but I wanted THAT truck! Mike found it for me this week!! She is a beauty and exactly what I wanted- actually better than I wanted. I had a strict budget allowance and Mike made it happen. I got a more than fair trade in value on my older truck which brought my purchase into reality. If you want a new or used purchase- give Mike a call and let him work his magic! Jackie Mozingo made the financing easy and explained all my options clearly. She is also an asset to this dealership. Both she and Mike made my experience 10 stars!
