I had a great buying experience with i20 Dodge! Brittney was super friendly and helpful without any of the pressure I have experienced with other dealerships. I highly recommend and will never buy from another dealership. I’m an i20 Dodge customer for life!

I went and saw Brittany at I 20 Chrysler Dodge and she was very helpful attentive and understanding and approachable. She worked really hard to try to help me get into a vehicle that would work for me and really gave me more than I asked for when coming to advice and help. They worked real hard to help me get into a good vehicle and out of a bad equity situation with my old truck.

Ron and his team took very good care of me, the process was painless and not only did they fill up my gas tank but they also gave me a 3 year-36000 mile warranty! I have visited several shabby car lots recently and i20 Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge beat them all! No comparison at all as i20 is top notch! Tedra

I am incredibly disappointed. I responded to an advertisement on Facebook, which offered the best trade-in value on a vehicle. I was contacted by Rickey. I was completely up-front about what I wanted and needed, as far as payments and value. I was told to drive the hour to Canton, and they would take care of me. When I got there, the story changed quite a bit. They would not tell me an official amount that was being offered for my trade and were very secretive or shady about what was happening. Ricky was kind, which is why I am leaving this 1-Star instead of none, but the sales manager never came out, never tried to answer my questions. It was a very detached atmosphere, like I was a nuisance instead of a customer.
