I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership and its staff!!! The whole process was amazing and stress free! Jessie was absolutely amazing and the fact that I was coming from out of state , they made this process very easy!! I highly recommend ilderton to anyone looking for a no nonsense experience!!! Best vehicle buying experience I have ever had!!! Love my truck!

Ilderton DCJR is the total package! From sales to support & service they have got it going on! Ivan, my salesman, overall a very nice guy, was friendly, knowledgeable, and low-key which is something I really appreciated. The service team was awesome as well! They made a couple of modifications to my Wrangler that I ordered with the vehicle and did a great job in a very timely fashion. Communication at all levels was great. And a few "over the top" services from different team members put the icing on the cake! I've worked with other Jeep dealers in the Triad area in the past. Those experiences were OK but really not very good at all. This was my first time at Ilderton and based on my experience with them I'll definitely be back! P.S. like most people, the meeting with the finance people is my least favorite part of the new car buying process. Randolph, the finance manager at Ilderton was great and very easy to work with!

We had been to another dealership who was not willing to budge or even attempt to meet our requests. We got up and left and decided to try Ilderton. We arrived and already knew what we wanted and they had exactly what we wanted on the lot. We were met by a salesperson who was not pushy. He helped us and we bought the car hassel free. Finance person was not pushy like some are and was very easy to work with. We never felt pressured. We had to wait to get our vehicle until Monday but that was fine. Overall, it was a great experience.

This is experience was the BEST I ever had with any car dealership! Ron got me approved within 30 mins and was ready for me sign and drive!! Mind you we did everything over the phone!! I do have credit flaws and he still got my offer approved. When I came in all I did was sign my documents and was back on the road to Charlotte! I recommend Ron to anyone looking for a vehicle ❤️

It is a rarity that anyone will ever leave a positive review as opposed to a negative. My experience was so outstanding, I have no choice but to climb up on that soapbox and rant about how amazing Elkan and Jeremy are. I love my Volvo and they treated it as if it were their own. You hear all the time about how when it comes to vehicles women are screwed over and taken advantage of. I was not. I was treated with the utmost respect and very much catered to. Elkan and Jeremy got every single little thing fixed the right way and quickly. They made sure I had a loaner vehicle so having my car in the shop did not inconvenience me a single bit. And they weren't junk loaners, no ma'am. They were very nice! Elkan kept me updated in the loop and made sure my warranty covered everything that needed to be done. The man is outstanding. I hope if any of you have to encounter putting your vehicle in the shop at this location, I hope your service agent is Elkan and/or Jeremy. I will never be able to thank these men enough for the strings they pulled, the care they took, and for their courteousness from start to finish. I cannot adequately verbally express the appreciation I have for Elkan and Jeremy.
