My experience with Toyota’s service department was extremely disappointing. I brought in my brand-new car because the steering alignment was off. I paid around $150 for the service and was told the issue had been fixed. However, the very next day, the same problem came back. When I called to explain the situation, I was told that it was not their problem, and they simply gave me another appointment. I went back, the alignment was done again, but after only about 30 minutes of driving, I noticed that the steering was still not properly aligned. I returned to the dealership and politely asked if someone could come with me for a short test drive to see and understand the issue. The service advisor I spoke with, whose name I believe was either Jackson or Jean-Pierre, responded in a very dismissive and arrogant way, saying he did not have time to send anyone for a test drive. For a Toyota dealership, especially when dealing with a new car and a customer who already paid for the service, this level of customer care is unacceptable. It felt like some people in the service department were more focused on laughing and avoiding responsibility than actually helping customers. The only positive part of this experience was Mr. Abbasi. When I shared what happened with him, he was genuinely upset about the situation and apologized to me, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, based on this service experience, I left very disappointed.

Third vehicle purchased from Toyota Île-Perrot, and once again a great experience! Alesio is honest, knowledgeable, and always a pleasure to work with. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Walter is amazing! Very customer oriented. He listened to my needs and made sure I understood everything before signing. And I loved his sense of humour after my workday and time in traffic!
