I had an amazing experience with Jaime & Silva at iMotors. My son was purchasing his first car. Jaime made his experience very easy and answered all my questions. We test drove a vehicle, went through financing and was done in about 2hrs!! I've never been able to do that so quickly. Silva even called me the next day because she found a lower interest rate!! I went back the next day & signed new papers with a lower rate & 2yrs less!! Thank you for making this experience for my son a great one!! ****Update My son absolutely loves his vehicle!!! He gets so many compliments! Thank you again for all your help & making this experience seemless. We'll be back for our next vehicle! To the person who posted the good reviews are from family & friends, well that's not true. I don't know anyone there and I'm not from Tucson. This was my first time ever visiting this dealership. I had a great experience. 👍

Daniel was the perfect salesman, willing to make me happy and Silvia in the finance department was very helpful as well. Mechanic looked at all of the concerns I raised after test driving and addressed them all fully. I worked with Jamie a couple weeks ago to purchase a car and stopped by the dealership as they were about to close on a Friday night. He still took his time and worked with me to work out the details to get the deal done with a smile! The next morning, I showed up at 9am, and the car was already cleaned, detailed and ready to go. Pretty great experience overall, the iMotors was willing to work out a creative and flexible financing agreement on a vehicle, and Daniel worked to ensure that my offer was communicated to the back-end team (owner) clearly. Vehicle had some issues that were taken care of by them after purchase. My only real criticism would be from admin side on the handling of the requirement of an arbitration agreement that they essentially require you to sign in order to finance with them. And being misled into it being mandatory. You NEVER have to agree to arbitration and if you don't agree you may refuse to sign or provide written notice to revoke the agreement. TLDR Good selection, great service from sales, and they stand behind what they sell. They state their warranty clearly and honor it. Know what you are going into and you will have no problems
