We are at the end of our vacation, towing a 28ft trailer with an F150. We started getting alarms yesterday afternoon related to the braking systems, and have 700km ahead of us today. I called late yesterday afternoon, and they took us first thing this morning. They brought a mechanic in early to look. They did the repair immediately, including a trip to rimouski to get the parts. We were on the road by 2! The service was AMAZING. Even the shuttle driver Pierre was super sweet and friendly.
Excellent service. Had major work done on my car and the price was excellent. Compared to other Fords i went to for my quote, Impact Ford was the cheapest by over a thousand bucks and had the best service a client could ask for. They provided me a courtious car for the day to which other Fords could not since i hadn't bought my vehicule from them. Impact didn't worry where i bought my car, they were very helpful and i will return. Well worth the hour drive. Fully recommended and 5+ stars.
