I had an excellent experience working with Gabe at Imperial Chevrolet. From start to finish, he really worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with the deal and completely happy before leaving with my new truck. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, but Gabe was patient, transparent, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit instead of just making a sale. He took the time to answer all my questions, worked hard to get everything where it needed to be, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The entire team at Imperial Chevrolet treated me with respect and made me feel valued as a customer. I truly appreciate all the effort they put in to make sure I drove away happy. If you are thinking about buying a car here, think twice!! Or at least get what the salesperson agrees to for pricing in writing before they have to write it up with a rude and arrogant sales manager, like Lucas. In our case, Lucas refused to honor what we were promised and was very condescending. They lost the sale and we will do business elsewhere. Salesperson, Mo, was fantastic - and we would happily work with him if he wasn't at Imperial.

I do not normally leave Google reviews, but I had to for this experience. I had an outstanding experience with Imperial Chevrolet, and I have to give a huge thank you to Eddie for making the entire process seamless from start to finish. From helping me secure my Corvette to coordinating delivery, Eddie was on top of everything every step of the way. Great team and business model every dealership can learn from.
