I was so discouraged to go to any car lot and I went to them and left with a 2015 Nissan Altima thanks to Mrs.Tonya! She was the best she got me in and out with all my paperwork and insurance. I only had to put 1,500 down which was right in my budget, I got denied so many places but they APPROVED ME! If you need a car go to IMPORT AUTO MALL & ASK FOR TONYA !!!

This is the best place to get a car in Greenville hands down . My closest friend Keely.S referred me I wasn’t even about to buy a car that day but when I went and looked at the miles ,conditions and variety of cars I was determined to get one before I left . The people there are VERY helpful and kind they helped me thorough this process. It’s the first time I financed a car and I wish I would have sooner ! I’m GLAD I choose import auto mall !! As a woman who wanted a specific car that was only available here, I would like to share my experience. First, I planned on getting this vehicle regardless of any mechanical issues. I’d been watching the car move from lot to lot for a few months (from Kars4Less & Import) and had been preparing myself for anything based off of the reviews as well as comments from the locals. I was told there was a new alternator placed in the car & we came to an agreement on resolving other small issues with the vehicle. My husband was immediately annoyed with the dealership but after some debating I ultimately decided to get the car. After about a week of driving the vehicle I was alerted by another error message on my dashboard. I had noticed some small things while driving but was surprised and not expecting a battery/altenator problem based on what I was told. It immediately made me lose trust in the company & the reliability of their services. I called the office and was very rudely told to make an appointment before being rushed off of the phone. I was prepared for this based off of the reviews from other customers. Due to the interaction over the phone, I refused to let them touch the vehicle again without letting my usual Mercedes mechanic do a full out examination of the car. Turns out there was a new (by appearance) alternator, but it was one that was not for the car and would eventually cause it to ruin. I was also told that an issue with one of my sensors was minor by the owner, only to find out it was vital to my radiator. Another part of a vehicle that could easily cause it to shut down due to over heating. Instead of arguing with the people in office, I without hesitation agreed to have my regular mechanic replace the alternator and complete all services that were needed. When you go to a buy here pay here you pretty much sign up to get what you get. Everything about this establishment gave red flags. A customer even came in store while I was there yelling about their treatment. Another one even called about her payments being lost! Luckily, I wanted this car regardless & was fully prepared for the issues that came with it. Be very careful when dealing with Import Auto Mall. There were no direct lies told or pressure to get the vehicle but it is definitely an operation set up for their benefit in every way. Ultimately the front desk receptionists are the reason for me choosing to move forward with more honest mechanics. Rudeness with no type of integrity or genuine care for their customers is unfortunate. On the bright side, my mechanic gave us the alternator they placed in the car! Even though we don’t know what kind it is or where it came from, I might be able to help someone else or sell it to get some of our money back haha. I’m just glad we resolved the issue before things got worse because the car is not an overall lemon although it was set up to become one! It is actually a rare find with the mileage for the year. I’m giving this review 3 stars because the outside of their vehicles are well kept, I got what I wanted & my monthly payments are low. Everyone doesn’t have the financial freedom to go many places so if you need something quick I get it. The process is very easy! I just thought I’d leave this review to prepare someone considering them hopefully helping you in the future as these reviews probably saved me from debt. I recommend recording conversations if you can and making your payments in person for physical receipts! THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE NOT LIES. Thank you Import Auto Mall for my GLK350. So glad I was able to get it away from you guys before you ruined such a good vehicle for a sale! Don’t use these mechanics unless you can confirm they are doing honest work! The mechanics also only speak Spanish so bring a translator if you can. I’m so thankful I prepared myself for something I was hoping wouldn’t occur. Especially so soon. I had faith in a better experience! My documents are set to be reviewed by an attorney since we will not move forward with repairs from the shop as agreed when purchasing.
