We recently purchased a car from Import Car Centre and the experience was amazing! Warren was super helpful and supported us throughout the entire process. Despite walking in without an appointment, Warren helped us pick the best car for us. We put down a deposit immediately based on the honesty and transparency of the Import Car Center team. They listened to our needs and helped us shortlist the cars that met our needs. On the day we were supposed to pick up the car, we ran into an issue at Service Ontario. Warren met us at Service Ontario at 5pm and sorted everything out and even drove us back to the dealership. This was the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. Warren did not once try to sell us a more expensive car or trap us into any deals. We highly recommend going with Import Car Center.

I highly recommend this dealership. After my vehicle was a total loss, I had to shop for another one. I contacted the salesperson, who was very reassuring. They held the vehicle for me while I waited for my insurance company to get back to me regarding the situation. Being in the automotive industry myself, I'm a very demanding customer, and the salesperson, Warren, was able to meet my expectations. Throughout the entire process, Warren was available to answer my questions. He was very patient because, given my situation, I was very emotional. The vehicle I purchased exceeded my expectations. I had an incredible experience with Import and can't recommend them enough! Josh made the entire process unbelievably easy, straight to the point, no runaround, and lightning fast. I didn’t even meet him in person until the day I picked up the car, and yet everything was handled perfectly. Dan, who test drove my trade-in, was also amazing. He was kind, knowledgeable, and clearly knows Subaru inside and out. You can tell these guys have been doing this for 20+ years, they actually know what they’re selling and genuinely care. They got me a great deal, and I couldn’t be happier with my new Subaru. It’s hands down the best car I’ve ever driven. I’m officially a Subaru lifer now! If you're someone coming from a Jeep or truck and on the fence about switching, trust me, if you can get used to sitting a bit lower, you’ll love the way this thing handles. It practically drives itself and feels unbelievably safe, even for someone like me who’s been in a serious accident and usually gets nervous behind the wheel. Not in this ride. Wherever I move in the future, I’ll be coming back to Import. It’s absolutely worth the trip no matter where I end up.

My family's been purchasing cars from Import Car Centre for decades now (literally 20 cars between our family and friends who we've referred to the dealership). They're honest, reliable, and extremely helpful. Every time I've told them what I was looking for, they either had the right car for me on the lot already (like my most recent car that I bought a couple weeks ago - a 2018 Honda Civic) or kept a note on file and called me right away when they found a car that fit the bill (like my last car, which was also a Honda Civic). They're great to work with and make the car buying process a lot easier and much less stressful. I always recommend the guys at Import whenever I hear that someone's looking for a car and will continue to do so.
