Amazing business! We ordered 14" tires and rims for my wife's 2010 Mitsubishi Minicab and ran into issues with pulling to the right and the 'death wobble' at speeds above 80km. We brought the car into Kal Tire to check alignment and everything seemed fine. I then told them the tires had beads installed and, after further research on my part as well, was informed beads don't always work on smaller cars and smaller tires. We informed Marlene at Mini4x4 of the issue and they said they would reimburse the cost of balancing the tires with weights. After the weights were installed the car with new tires now drives like a dream. Fantastic customer service from this company! Great communication as the issue was discussed as well. We'll be buying here again in the future. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Excellent customer service. There were some shipping problems outside our control. They've immediately started an investigation with the carrier and when that turned out negative send me a new package. The upgrade suspension parts for the Suzuki Carry have completely transformed the vehicle in road feel, would recommend.

I bought my kei truck from here and I’m enjoying it even more than I thought I ever would. These things are so much fun to drive, and mine has been so well maintained, and upgraded, I am over the moon. After 20 plus years of driving, it’s the coolest vehicle I’ve ever owned…by far. Also, the man in charge is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly! The other staff I interacted with was very professional as well. A real pleasure to deal with. HUGE inventory of Carry parts, fast shipping, reasonable pricing, and the assurance that help for my vehicle is just a phone call or email away. Also, they stock some pretty neat stuff that you can’t get elsewhere, like their rims and Mini Digger tires, not to mention lots of custom bumpers and push bars. This is the one-stop shop for anything Suzuki Carry related….right down to the stickers. Also, if you want to mod your mini truck for off-road use, this is the man to speak to. They deserve more than five stars.
