We were way upside down on our trade-in and couldn’t get the dealership we bought it from to work with us (Alexander Family) so we reached out to Josh at Independence Honda and he was able to pretty much work the whole deal over text message to line us up with the right vehicle. We loved it, they got us approved immediately and kept us within budget without us even telling them our cap for payment. It was honestly the easiest car buying experience we ever had. Ric, our salesman was so nice and easy going. He wasn’t pushy at all to get us to sign and drive the same day when we originally came to see the car. Having bought vehicles over the years from many different dealerships, I can say now that the staff at Independence Honda will be our first and likely only dealership we'll need to consider in the future. A simple conversation while waiting for routine service with Josh, led to him reaching out to me weeks later when financing and opportunity worked for both parties. The sales and financing staff wrapped up the process with total ease and zero hassle. It took me a number of years to find out, but when you purchase a Honda you WILL GET a reliable vehicle that holds resale value. That's now understood to be expected... though it's the willingness of all the people from management/sales/finance and service at Independence Honda looking out for their customers that sets them apart from all others!
