Knowledgeable, experienced, professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. I would recommend them and give them an A+ rating. I came in to get a second opinion on a quote from a BMW dealership. This guys gave me a quote over the phone. It was about $148.00 cheaper than the Bmw Dealer Greensboro. Well, once I got to this company and left my car, I later discovered that it would actually be $231 cheaper than the dealership because the dealer had given me incorrect information, or tried to get me to buy the part or pay an expensive labor charge. Anyway, I will definitely bring my BMW to get serviced here and I would highly suggest that you do the same. They have a nice waiting area, the staff are courteous, and very welcoming, especially felix.I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

They'll nickel and dime you. Had a hard time snapping in my low beam replacement light bulb. Said it'd cost $50 to snap it in right. They did my inspection just fine though.
