I had one of the worst service experiences of my life here. The level of unprofessionalism was extremely disappointing, not even welcome have a sit please how can we be of help to you nothing of that etiquette exist in this place and I cannot recommend this place to anyone. The level of treatment at one point made me very uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about fairness and how customers are treated. No customer should ever feel like they need to do anything extra just to receive proper service. We all deserve to be treated equally and with respect. This location needs stronger oversight and accountability. I will not be returning.

This Dealership is an absolute joke. Called on Thursday to make a deal on a SUV, got the runaround from a Sales guy (Angelo) that I talked to in the morning saying that he is going talk to the Sales Manager on my offer, didn't return my call, I called him again after 4pm, no response, got a text message saying he had to pick up a car I will be back in the dealership in 25min. Then text me at 6:15pm saying the manager was in a meeting and left already, he will call me at 11:30 tomorrow morning. I asked him to have the Manager call me directly to avoid the back and forth. He said the Manager will call me on Saturday. No call... Fast forward to Monday I call again and Angelo picks up the phone. I asked for his Manager yet again. Said he will be in around 1pm and will give you a call. 4pm comes by and I text Angelo asking him if his Manager was in yet. he said yes. I asked if he was going to call me. He said no, there is no point the price is firm. What an absolute joke. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR YOU!!!! Takes 4 days with multiple calls and text messages to hear this level of unprofessionalism coming from a Dealership. The Used Car Managers name is Zack, so beware of this guy's antics. Very unprofessional and is hardly ever there. Doesn't care to reach out to a potential customer when the difference we were out was $900 on something over $32,000. This kind of stuff absolutely sickens me to my stomach that this is how professional establishments handle customers. I would give this zero stars but that isn't an option. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

5/5. Had a great experience with Nathan who sold me my Q50. He catered to all my needs and answered all my questions pre-purchase. He made it very easy to work with, was available at any time of the day and took care of everything. Would recommend him and the dealership for anyone interested.
