INFINITI of Beachwood

I was initially nervous about my purchase with this dealership due to being out of state. I’m not sure why this dealership has mixed reviews. My experience has shown that this dealership goes to the extreme to ensure that things are organized. Within the first 15 minutes of even stepping foot into the dealership I had 3 different sales representatives ask if I needed coffee or water. The vehicle I purchased was ready for me on arrival, and our salesman Alex made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience. I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee that typically has transmission issues, they reassured me that they have done multiple inspections, and even got me a low cost 3 year warranty to ease my mind! I am beyond pleased with my experience with them and would make the 4 hour drive again for this type of experience!

I had a great 5 star experience here. At first I was kind of nervous but Tamara helped me and guided me through the process. She found a vehicle that screamed my name perfectly and had everything I wanted. The process was quick. She was nice, patient and straight forward. I recently purchased a used car from Mike Smith and had a really great experience. He was knowledgeable and helpful. There was no pressure and I appreciated that he didn’t continuously contact me. I received an offer for my car over FB marketplace. That offer was not honored. The offer was actually $10,000 less. That was quite the let down to be honest, especially after spending hours there. With that being said, I did not once feel pressured or uncomfortable in this dealership which is saying something. I dealt with Tamara who was impressive with what she knew about the car specs and Mike the GM who was very warm and easy to talk to. I didn't even realize Infiniti was there until now, but needless to say my experience was overall positive. If I was in the market for an Infiniti or a used car they had on the lot, I would go here.
