INFINITI of Clarendon Hills

I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz from this dealership for over $50,000. Later on, I realized that I was also pushed into a very unfavorable loan — and honestly, that part is partly my own fault for not paying closer attention to every detail during the transaction. However, on top of that, additional “protection products” were added into the deal and presented as standard add-ons. What was never properly explained is that these are separate paid contracts with extremely limited cancellation/refund options. Later, I discovered that the products are labeled as “non-cancellable,” even though Section L of the contracts clearly contains cancellation and prorated refund provisions. In practice, however, trying to get this issue addressed has turned into a complete nightmare. I have contacted the company listed in the contracts multiple times. All I receive are template responses and directions back to the dealership. Today I officially contacted the dealership directly as well, but so far there has been no response. Please be extremely careful when purchasing a vehicle here and read every single document carefully before signing. Additional products and services may be added into the transaction, and attempting to cancel them later can turn into a major waste of time, energy, and stress. If this issue is not resolved, I intend to continue with BBB complaints, consumer protection complaints, and legal consultation. That said, if the dealership steps in, handles the matter professionally, and helps bring the cancellation/refund process to a fair resolution, I will gladly update this review accordingly.

10/10 would recommend, after having a bad experience at another dealership I called infinity of Clarendon hills and from the first person I spoke with Jenna she was super sweet and incredibly helpful to my salesperson Abdou Ali who was super patient with me, and the sales manager Joe who worked to get me into my lease! Eddy the Car Guy Lindt is the Best. I usually leave the car dealer after purchasing a car fatigued and wondering what I just did. Eddy and his management team at Infiniti of Clarendon Hills were great. The owners came over and greeted me and my wife welcoming us in a very cordial manner. Eddy the salesman was knowledgeable about the product and made the process and enjoyable experience. I even danced down the hallway on the way to pick up my new ride. Five Stars all the way, I will use Eddy for future purchase and highly recommend him.

This is vehicle buying the way it should be. From the start, car buying is usually not something I enjoy, but this experience was refreshingly different. It began with an online inquiry, as I wanted to have as much completed remotely as possible before arriving at the dealership. Jeremy was extremely helpful in answering my questions and addressing all of my concerns ahead of time. When we arrived at the dealership, we were warmly greeted by Ali Abdullah, who guided us through the final steps of the car-buying process. He thoroughly explained everything, highlighted key features, and was very respectful of our time. If you’re in the market for a vehicle and tired of the old sales routine, I highly recommend giving Infiniti of Clarendon Hills a try—you won’t be disappointed.

I had an excellent experience at this dealership! From the moment I walked in, I received top-tier customer service. John and Ali were both professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They made everything easy and stress-free. What really stood out was the Manager. It’s rare to see a manager who is so interactive, friendly, and genuinely engaged with customers. He took the time to check in, answer questions, and make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Buying a car can sometimes be overwhelming, but this team made it enjoyable.
