INFINITI of Lexington

Deon, our salesman, was absolutely wonderful to work with. So wonderful that we decided to drive 3 hours to Lexington to do business with him versus going to our local Infiniti dealership only 15 minutes away - this says A LOT! Deon was kind, thorough, approachable, genuine, and made sure that we could contact him any time, even after the sale of the vehicle! My fiance bought a vehicle from here about 3 weeks ago. Water pump blew today on the interstate after they swore up and down nothing was wrong. Keep in mind it’s still under warranty. We’ve took it to the dealership 3-4 times and they had to give us a loaner. THEN proceeded to say he needed to go to a different dealer and all diagnostic fees were on HIM and they weren’t giving him another loaner vehicle. They knew there were issues but didn’t wanna dish out the cash to fix them. So messed up. I highly suggest if you want to buy a reliable vehicle it’s best to do that elsewhere. They lost service from not only me and my fiance but everyone we know. Do better Infiniti. This is absolutely ridiculous!! Also the service department needs to do better “spark plugs” do not cause a grinding noise when accelerating. :)

As a GM of a Tire Discounters it’s hard to to your vehicle to a dealership ! But let me tell you from setting up appointment pulling in with estimate on repairs and covered under warranty with great communication til time I picked it up hands down awesome !! And sirrea Wilson was hands down excellent from start to finish !!
