Just finalized the purchase of a new QX60. A big transaction that went smooth and quick. No disappointments. Very satisfied with customer service and quality of the vehicule to this moment. Thank you to the perso who took care of me from the first time i walked in to question and test drive all the way to the moment i drove away with my new wheels. The car is great, but service is the worst. Took more than 3 hours to have winter tires put on. When I finally got the car there was a message in the dash that the tire pressure was low. I immediately drove back and I had to wait another hour for them to put air in the tires. I am never going back there.

This used to my go-to Infiniti Dealership, even though it is far from Montreal but all my friends had excellent experience with them. For my first Infiniti with them that's true. Not since 2020 I got my second lease car. Now this is not only the worst Infiniti dealership, this is THE WORST car dealership I ever dealt with. They even refused to do a lease transfer, saying it is too complex. What kind of dealership would refuse to do lease transfer because paperwork is too much work??? There is little reason to choose an Infiniti nowadays, but even if you do never go to Infiniti Sherbrooke.

Took 2 weeks to fix an alternator and then charged me 4 hours more than originally quoted. Also tried to charge me for a new battery until I mentioned it was still under warranty with them. Generally bad communication, over charged, should avoid.
