Had a great experience at this location. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. For someone who had not started any negotiations/ running numbers prior to walking in I was dreading a day at the dealership. We test drove, talked numbers and made the sale in less than 2 hours. I normally travel out of Wilmington to buy a car after previous experiences at dealerships so was extremely happy for the experience here. Thank you again!

First off, what a genuinely kind person we had as our salesman. Reid made what can sometimes feel like a stressful & pressured experience feel incredibly smooth and enjoyable. He was attentive, honest, and took the time to understand our considerations, even going above and beyond to accommodate some of our requests. His professional, yet down to earth personality was super refreshing, and we are beyond happy with our QX60. Lisa and I were so pleased with not only the selection of vehicles bit the care we received every step of the way. Our salesman Reid was knowledgeable and friendly throughout the whole transaction.
