The best service I've ever had while buying a new vehicle. The Manager Weston, as well as Carter (sale) Lon (warranty) Naomi (financing) went beyond outstanding customer service, I was treated with respect, they listened to my reasoning and both were no nonsense or games, it's because of Weston and his customer service that I decided to buy this new vehicle. The majority of my sale was via text and email, made my life so much easier, no high pressure sales, no gimmicks or games! Carter was outstanding and very patient, as I am a very picky buyer and that's an understatement. 😂 I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking to purchase your next Infiniti and have that be a dynamic experience. Justin was incredibly helpful! He helped me decide what services to have done and we figured out what was covered by my service plan in advance. He coordinated rides to and from the dealership. He even made sure my car was washed, ready, and pulled up front the moment I arrived to pick it up. I will definitely be going back for service next time.

The service writer Justin Oldham took the time to listen to my concerns, explained what needed to be done in a clear and professional way, and kept me updated throughout the visit. There were no surprises, and everything was handled efficiently. What really stood out was the communication. He made sure I understood the work being performed and went over the details without rushing me. My car was finished on time, and it’s running great now. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the customer experience. Overall, while the visit itself was pretty standard, the service writer’s Justin O professionalism and attention to detail made a big difference. Great job, and thank you for taking care of my car!

David , Bryan , and Lon were all wonderful! David treated us with respect and listened to all of our needs! Bryan was great in getting us the deal we needed on the car to fit our current financial situation!
