Never setting foot in or near this place again. Took my truck I recently bought from another dealership for an oil change as it is on a contract for 4 oil changes that can only be done by a Dodge dealer. I am a license red seal mechanic myself, been doing it for 18 years since right out of high school and never usually take any of my vehicles to anyone to be worked on as I do it all myself and also for reason like I found after the oil change was done. On day 3 after the oil change I was doing routine checks I do and checked my engine oil and noticed a bit of a milky substance in the oil on the dip stick. So I immediately went back to them and told service about it and said maybe it should be drained and inspected to be sure. They send a younger tech out and comes back in and says it looked fine on the dip stick which I know for a fact it wasn’t. So I said I’m pretty sure I know what water looks like in oil and am confident there is and told the service guy I’m a licensed mechanic. He instantly jumped at me being rude and said if you think we put water in it you can take your keys and go. I never once said they did put water in it nor accused them of it. I said you know what things happen it’s possible it was a bad batch of oil that got sent out or the oil bulk tank isn’t being drained regularly. He kinda continued to be rude and I wasn’t rude at all. Said he couldn’t get me in for the following week when it was maybe a 15 minute job to just dump the oil, look at it and put new in with a new filter. It’s my only vehicle at the moment. So I told him you know what don’t worry about it I’ll do it myself and left. Dumped the oil myself right after I left. Let the oil sit over night checked it next morning in the drain pan sure enough there was definitely water in the bottom probably a cup or a bit more worth. I also cleaned out the drain pan before draining it. I double checked my coolant level which was good I even pressure tested the cooling system and had zero loss in pressure or level drop with no leaks found. Checked my oil after I changed it 5 days after and found no milky look to it. Get I didn’t buy the truck from them but I still shouldn’t have been treated that way. I’ve heard from multiple people over the years if you don’t buy a vehicle from them and take it there for work you can be treated poorly. I am a local and have lived here my whole life. Do not recommend them.

Called to get my truck in for a few recalls, was scheduled very quickly and was able to ask to have my FOB looked at as it does not always work. This was the second time for the FOB, still have issues with it but the crew at inland took a look and asked me to gather data of where I am at when the FOB does not work. Overall, happy with the service team at Inland.

Working with Shanay was a great experience. She’s very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knows her role inside and out. She explained everything in a straightforward way and made sure I understood the work being done.
