Huge shout out to Jim, Brittany, and Ahmed. I was on a timeline to find a vehicle before leaving to BC and they made it happen. They got me into a beautiful 24 Tiguan R-line. It was probably the best priced R line in the country AND we got it all done over the phone. When I went to pick it up it looked EXACTLY how it did in the photos, brand new. Extremely honest with quality work and makes sure the job is done right. Steve in parts, so friendly and always welcomes you with a smile. Very knowledgeable and makes sure you’re always getting the right part for the right price. Even their driver Kali came all the way to Red Deer to pick up my vehicle, and I had absolute confidence she would drive it with care and my vehicle would make it there and back safely, no question. Although in the end I opted for a private sale, I can honestly say my experience with Camille was absolutely fantastic. I visited several dealerships looking to sell my durango. This one was BY FAR the best to deal with. Camille listened to what I had to say and was willing to help with that. While most of the dealerships kept trying to push me into a trade In, or gave me offers that would insult wholesalers... Camille and Brad, didnt try to push me into anything I didnt want, and gave me a fair offer. I would highly recommend working with her for your next vehicle sale.

Had an excellent experience with Innisfail Chrysler. After over a year of trying to resolve an ongoing issue — including visits to multiple dealerships in Calgary and even working through corporate support — I still didn’t have a clear path to a fix and was left pretty frustrated. As a last attempt, I reached out to the team at Innisfail Chrysler, and from the start the experience was completely different. Cassidy (Service Manager) took immediate ownership of the situation. She was proactive, confident, and ensured the issue was properly diagnosed and resolved in a timely manner. Kristen was fantastic to deal with — communication was clear, consistent, and made the whole process easy. A big thank you as well to Dale and any other technicians involved. The ability to properly diagnose and repair the issue was truly impressive — not something you come across every day. The team also arranged a loaner vehicle, which was a thoughtful touch and made everything smooth and stress-free. This was easily one of the best service experiences I’ve had with a dealership.
