Integral Subaru

CPO guarantee on vehicle covered a part of the entertainment system, as it was purchased with the vehicle as a Subaru accessory. They found the part, but we moved to another city before they could replace it. The dealer in the new city told us the part was not covered. Integral Subaru service dept called the new dealer, explained that it WAS covered, shipped the part to them and had them do the work as initially agreed. Spectacular customer service, going above and beyond requirement for us, and good rates as well. I recommend their service department to anyone.

We were having a road trip through this area when we realized we almost hit the 10k km’s and our Subie had to undergo a service. We dropped in without a notice and the staff was super friendly and performed the service for us. We cannot thank these guys enough!!

I booked a 60,000 km service appointment. No appointments were available for several weeks. I accepted the date they offered to ensure I had access to a shuttle service; I had no other choice. The cost was $750, essentially just checking fluid levels, changing the oil, and kick-starting the tires… I received a call a week before my appointment to tell me there would be no shuttle service available… Buying a new car and never having access to a shuttle or a courtesy car is disrespectful to customers. For over two years, at every service appointment, I've been forced to wait for my car at the garage for hours like an idiot. Even a simple oil change, which now costs nearly $200, by the way, requires two hours of waiting in the waiting room. For the last appointment, they gave me an 8:30 am slot; I dropped my car off around 8:00 AM to minimize the wait. I arrived around 11:30 AM; my car still hadn't entered the garage. I waited until 12:45 PM for it to come out. Just for an oil change. Ridiculous! First and last purchase from this dealership and this group of dealerships. That's it. Worst experience in 30 years of car ownership. If you're set on owning a Subaru, buy it somewhere else!
