Very disappointing experience. I contacted this dealership about two 2025 Ascents and made it clear I was a serious buyer ready to move quickly. Communication was slow from the start. Two days after my initial inquiry, one unit was sold by another salesperson with no notice to me. I again expressed serious interest in the second unit, asked for a cleaned-up quote (initial offer had several add-ons that I had not requested), and while waiting for revisions the vehicle was suddenly pending as well; again with no warning or opportunity to place a deposit. I was told the other customer had poor credit, and the deal was expected to fall through (which I believe is very unprofessional to disclose). I asked for a call from the sales manager to discuss next steps. That call never happened. There was no sense of accountability, urgency, or coordination between staff. Remote buyers may want to be very cautious and look elsewhere, as the process here felt disorganized and reactive despite clear interest and intent to purchase. I have now purchased from another dealership with superb customer service.
