From the start, they were incredibly open and honest about everything they found. They clearly explained what was wrong, laid out all my options, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured into choosing a particular route. It felt like they genuinely wanted me to understand the situation and make the decision that made the most sense for me. They also took the time to point out a few smaller issues with the vehicle that I wasn’t even aware of, which I really appreciated. That kind of attention to detail and transparency is hard to find. The work was done efficiently, professionally, and with great communication throughout the process. I was probably a little annoying during the process with all my questions, so I’m thankful they can’t rate customers back, haha.
