However, negative reviews describe aggressive sales tactics including preventing test drives, obtaining credit applications prematurely, removing customer keys without permission, and misrepresenting vehicle conditions without accountability for disclosed issues.
I was very satisfied with the process of getting my new jeep Gladiator. They was very nice and worked with me on everything and It didn't take to long to get everything done and me on the road home in it. I want to give a special thanks to Lauren Risher and Chad Moss they done a awesome job putting me in the vehicle I have wanted for a long time and I couldn't be happier.
Great folks selling great cars! They worked to get us what we wanted and treated us fairly the whole way. A big thanks to Colby and Dale for ensuring a positive car buying experience from start to finish!

And a shout out to Mr. Chad , for patience on the financial office side..lol We never have owned a jeep before so we are looking forward to figuring out the blue comet/gladiator!! Thank you Interstate Dodge!!
I went in to look at vehicle with the dealer. The initial salesperson was fine. I showed up and was greeted accordingly. I looked the vehicle over but was not allowed to test drive because and I quote “the sales manager says it can’t leave the lot” I offered for manager to come drive the vehicle. No test drive was allowed. So first red flag. Reluctantly i agreed to move forward with starting to piece together a deal. This is when a second salesperson got involved. He immediately wanted me to fill out a credit app even before numbers were discussed. Red flag 2! I refused and told them to move forward with getting the numbers. I was presented numbers for the trade. I did not agree and this fine. Some deals are done and some are not. I’m also not one to play games and let this be known up front. That it was a one done kind of thing. It did not look favorable so I stood up, shook the salespersons hand thanked them for their time and began to exit. At this time the secondary salesperson was asking me where I was going and what was the problem? I stated the numbers looked like they were going to be to far off. No problem. Just no deal. As I go to leave the dealership someone from the dealer had removed my keys from my personal vehicle without my permission. I never handed over or gave my keys to anyone from the dealer but they removed them from my vehicle without my knowledge or permission. Red flag 3! These are all predatory tactics being used. I had to go back in and demand my keys back. The secondary salesperson who had them was trying use them as leverage for me to stay and negotiate. I had to become aggressive and then the salesperson said to me and I quote “don’t be an asshole” I finally retrieved my keys and left the dealership. The dealer uses predatory tactics and intimidation in their sales process. I would not recommend doing business here.
A few weeks ago I bought a used 2009 Toyota Tacoma from them. It was listed on Facebook as-is so I inquired about it. Once on the phone I asked some questions and they said "runs and drives good, ready to daily drive, AC is cold". I needed to get it shipped to me since I'm in Texas so I paid right away and setup shipping. Once the truck arrived I QUICKLY could tell it was not ready to drive... Coolant is spraying from the front of the engine, it's overheating, it has the loudest wheel bearings I've ever heard, there's a small hole in the windshield.... They said "just send it back and I'll send a check".. well I know they aren't gonna cover the shipping that I paid so I asked about possibly covering the parts costs at least since the issues were not disclosed to me.. And they have ignored me since. I hate dealing with car lots anyways but this seemed like a good deal so I bought it. I'll avoid car lots again from now on unless it's nearby.
