Worst experience.....in used car 2023 i dont recomend...lot details in the car.....3 day replacemet they forgot after sales made debie and kurt. Not helpfull. Persons they said.''You buy used car""many times its not 3000 dollar car!!!!bad experience!!!! Edit! Reach me out if want hear my version..they remember me. Thanks. Well. Today may 5 see kurt in person and don't want to fix what is under he said nice and expensive seat cover.. and door lock problem get fix until warranty get on system. Check pics about detail on seats. He..ofert 300 dollar on car detail and take review down...he said it used car.... he think its great deal....from 23.000. Jump up to 36.000 dollar am stuck x 72 month in daugther car ...thanks any way to the person check those review. try to help me kurt repeat...its used car great deal...have nice day. Remember 3 day replacement don't work. why whent there in next day car was shaken when push brakes slow down from 50 mph other person help and fix ..no car jack in the car even before 24h claim after claim for those..he said 3 day replacent its over Great deal??? 2023 toyota rav4. Have nice day every time its some. Tires dont macth...tire shop foun screw on..hope people get better lucky. Overall the experience went well! I was able to walk in and test drive the Santa Cruz I would end up purchasing 2 days later quickly. Deb was very helpful and kind, quick to check and verify any questions I had. Ashley was also very good. She was able to assist with the paperwork and financial portions efficiently. The cashier (I did not catch their name) was able to also assist me quickly when I needed to swap out my SIM card. Overall, I would recommend purchasing from here, though I would recommend trying earlier in the day only because then you're not getting home too late for dinner :)

Go to Inver Grove Heights Hyundai, ask for Debbie Anderson. She will hook you up with a vehicle you will love! I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Debbie is a gem! The entire transaction took less than 4 hours. I’m usually a slow, analytical shopper. But, not this tIme. I gave Debbie my wish list, she asked us to sit tight, she’d be right back, she retrieved the car I wanted. Done deal. She made it SO easy!!! So, again, ask for Debbie Anderson at Inver Grove Hyundai and you’ll be as happy as I am. I remember going with my parents to purchase cars - what a cluster! And my husband and I purchased 1 used & a couple new vehicles - I didn’t think we’d survive the process. And, I purchased and leased several cars (Hyundai Sonata’s since 2005). So, I’ve had a variety of exposure to the process. And, I can honestly say, “ my experience w/Debbie Anderson at Inver Grover Hyundai, was hands down, the best, smoothest, fastest, happiest transaction of all, including cars and most - all other transactions!!! I still think “Pearl” (her name) is too pretty to drive. (I need to attach new photos that do her justice.)

Came here with bad credit not expecting much, Kurk and Avery did everything to help me leave with a car. The entire process was super easy and I'm so grateful for their help throughout. Definitely would recommend! A+ service :)
