Overall, I had a positive experience with Inver Grove Toyota and my sales associate Felix when purchasing one of their Gold Certified Tacoma's. The Good: - Best selection of certified Toyotas in the cities. - Helpful, kind, and knowledgeable staff. - Not a one price dealer with very competitive prices (was able to make deal with vehicle price and trade in value). - Very happy with the truck they sold me and was at a fair price. The Meh: - Building is older and a bit cramped. - Very little customer parking close to showroom. The Bad: - Originally gave me a horrible interest rate in their office. I left and they reached out a few days later with a much more competitive rate. - Sold me the truck with a quarter tank of fuel. In summary, I think that this is probably one of the best Toyota Dealers in the cities, they have fair prices, knowledgeable staff, and great inventory. There were some hiccups in my buying experience, but I would definitely go back if I was in the market for another Toyota.

I am so incredibly happy with my purchase. Peter was very helpful and fast to reply to all my questions. I am so impressed with Ariana in their finance department as well, she was extremely helpful and very quick for a process that can be time consuming! They made sure my used Tundra was in the best possible shape before I drove it home and could not be happier with this beautiful truck. Got it home and the whole family is already in love and ready to be a Toyota family forever!!

We have been searching for a preowned RAV4 for our daughters. I came across the listings at Inver Grove Toyota, called and spoke to Michael. He quickly sent me walk around videos of all three vehicles, and during this process was completely upfront and honest about the condition of each vehicle. This allowed me to narrow it to a single RAV which he got prepped and was very flexible to allow my wife and I to test drive.
