In particular, my service advisor, Jose, was professional, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. He ensured that proper diagnostics were performed before replacing any parts to ensure I received the best rate and avoided unnecessary expenses. It is clear that you truly care for your customers and treat them like family. I will certainly continue to bring my vehicle to Island Acura for all my future service needs.
