We had such a great experience at OWL Mazda purchasing a 2017 Tacoma TRD Sport. Jonnie was amazing to work with — super friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. She answered all of our questions, made the process feel simple, and even stayed late to help make sure everything was taken care of. James and Megan were wonderful as well and really helped everything come together. They even brought us food while we wrapped up the final details. That kind of extra care really stood out. Through and through, my experience at Island Owl Mazda was pleasant and painless. Right off the hop, Brandie was great to work with and I had a good sense she was an honest person to work with. She was always on top of things when helping me finance a car and working through the details from the start to finish - often responding to emails and texts past her work hours and transparent from the get-go. Even after closing the deal, the dealership worked with me through some hiccups and were very accommodating and fair through it all. I am pretty car-illiterate, so thank-you for accommodating me through it all!
