Excellent dealership. I have been a customer for over 25 years. The sales staff is very customer oriented. On a scale of 1-10...I rate the service department a 12! There is a Mercedes Benz dealer in my community...I drive over 60 miles one way to Isringhausen for any service needed on my vehicles.

The service department at Isringhausen is great. Gary tries very hard to find a convenient time for service. He keeps you advised as to any issues which arise and are very insightful as to the car’s status and potential problems. Jason Beelow is also great at diagnosing problems and advising the best way to handle. The entire staff is personable, knowledgeable, and professional.

To say the least, I own an old Mercedes that’s given me hell from day 1. Took it to these guys earlier this month & I’m back on the road. Honestly, I couldn’t even afford to pay the whole bill but these guys made arrangements/ gave me the time to come up with the money - without any haste. Greg trulyyy handled everything like a G.
