Iverson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Huron

I recently purchased a vehicle from Iverson Motors and had a great experience. Alex was polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He answered my questions, made everything easy to understand, and never made me feel pressured. The purchase went smoothly from start to finish, and I appreciate the excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Iverson Motors and Alex to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Bought a used car and with in the first month had problems with the brakes. Then when it started to get cold and had to use the heat but no heat. I took it in for the heat problem then they tell me the water pump is bad. Aren't they supposed to go over these cars before they put them on the lot? I was told not to go there but did anyways, now paying the price. The car became money pitt and im stuck with it. DO NOT GO TO IVERSON FOR ANYTHING.

Wade was very easy to work with. He was very personable and we enjoyed the time we spent with him. I will definitely come back to Iversons the next the we look for a vehicle.

Worst experience at an auto dealer. No one wanted to get up off their chair to let me look at a truck. Just handed me the keys. Gave me a quote with trade in, then when I found something wrong with the truck, raised the price 1500 to fix it. Never heard of such a thing. Went to Mitchell to Vern Eide which I highly recommend. Treated well. Walked out with a truck. So happy. Will never shop at Iverson's again.

Do NOT, DO NOT send your vehicle here for anything!!! Place is such a joke. Clearly went over what I wanted done, and for $200 they can make you a cute little video saying you need tires, even if the vehicle has a laundry list of repairs needed. I thought I got a good vibe and trusted them enough to look at my daughters vehicle, but dang was i wrong!!! I hope that $200 wasn’t to pay for the crappy video editing on our “diagnosis”. Thank god for other local, good, honest shops in Huron. STAY AWAY!!!
