Absolute sweet heart of a man. He is actively trying to help us get a vehicle and offering more for ours then other places have been. He understands the unique situation we are in and has helped us every step up of the way he could. Gave us names of banks to help us with finance options to try. And when he over heard myself and my husband talking about the nice car in the back he offered to pull her around front so we can get pictures in it. To those who are reading the reviews it’s your job to test drive the car check to make sure everything is good before signing any paperwork. I’d suggest if you don’t know anything about cars find someone in your life who does and bring them with you

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! I’M TRYING TO SAVE YOU!!! I was 18 years old when I bought a vehicle here. I have known the owner of this car lot personally for 7 years so I felt safe doing business there. Now as a young woman I’ve never felt more taken advantage of! I was sold a 2010 Ford mustang on October 22 of 2022. I’ve officially owned it for 1 year and have been unable to drive it for the entire year. My parents have had to financially help with repairs and the total is now at $4,000 in repairs, and we are still going. It’s been to 5 mechanics, including 2 Ford certified master mechanics. All of which have been just as worn out and defeated as I am. It’s still currently in a shop in Salina Kansas. If I hadn’t been taken advantage I could’ve bought a brand new car with what has been spent on this mustang. The cost of the repairs have totaled half of the purchase price I payed for the car! It’s defeating. I’ve given up all hope, I’m paying monthly for a car I can’t drive, and I can’t trade this one in because of the engine issues. It be upside down $7000 on a new loan and I can’t afford to buy another car outright. He wasn’t honest about the cars history (carfax does NOT show everything), and the extent of problems with the car he sold me. He was supposed to fix the issues I’m having before the final sale. There was a 30 day warranty but it seems like he chose to bandaid the issues by clearing the codes to get him outside of that 30 day window when he took it to his mechanic. I have been completely blind sided by the shady business he gave us. We trusted him personally. And that was the biggest mistake. He set back a young woman financially who was just starting out. Please, please, please don’t let this a happen to you, do not buy a car here.

Would not recommend it. They talked trash on my truck saying how much it was gonna cost to do body work on it so instead of a straight trade for the car I wanted he said I had to pay an extra $1000. Come to find out they did nothing to the truck but cover the rust with flares and the car they sold me has a suspension problem they refuse to fix even while it was under warranty. The only work they did to it ruined my alignment on the car. Something along the fuel system doesn't work right causing my gas gauge to read wrong and have "worked" on it a few times the last 2 months and still doesn't work right. The car broke down on me while I was driving on the highway luckily didn't have much traffic to avoid while coasting to a very slow stop. And they still expect me to pay the $1000 with the broken parts

They helped us out alot. Everyone there was customer friendly and served us with a smile. They are one of the few dealerships here in town with good reliable cars with no hassle. I would definately recommend them first if you are in need of a nice looking, and dependable vehicle.

I've had nothing but great experiences with JC Auto Sales. I purchased my vehicle from them back in October of 2016. Brought it home and it had an oil leak. JC Auto Sales honored their warranty and replaced the head gasket free of charge. My car runs very well despite buying it with 134k miles and it being 16 years old. A week ago I had an issue with the engine cutting off randomly. I scheduled an appointment with JC Auto Sales and they took care of me, as always. I only had to pay $73 for BOTH labor and the part needed. They didn't even charge me for diagnostics. Plus, they had my vehicle ready in just two hours. Overall, excellent experience and I'll be buying my next vehicle from them for sure.
