I brought my 2018 Dodge Ram to this dealership for a headgasket and was told the engine needed to be completely replaced. The diagnosis was presented as definitive, with very little investigation done beyond the top end of the engine. Wanting a second opinion, I took the truck elsewhere. The second mechanic found that the actual issue was a head gasket problem, not a failed engine. They also found broken and unattached parts left behind from the dealership’s inspection process, including broken manifold bolts. Being told you need a full engine replacement is a major financial and emotional hit, and I expected a far more thorough diagnosis before such an expensive recommendation was made. Extremely disappointed in the level of investigation and care taken with my vehicle. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving major repairs here.

Misleading sales representatives, Visited a car on the lot listed for sale that was being used as a daily driver for the company. We walked in, I let my gf talk with the owned son. Through small chat he asked a few questions, got a few answers like what she was offered for her truck by a much larger dealership with larger overhead expenses. Then left to the other room, discussed it with his elderly father and the. Then Proceeded by calling my girlfriend into the room alone to explain why they cannot give her more than what the other dealerships offered. Once the owners son and my gf returned to the small sales room and I was told the news. I told him how she was taken advantage of by the other larger dealerships and I was very insulted because he literally just used the number my gf so honestly gave him. Then he proceeded to offer to by my trust back with $2000. The Car I was looking to by was already in an accident resulting in +16000 damage total. The car was sold by them in 2022 under lease, then was in an accident. It was repaired by a dealer most likely a sister or cooperating company of JJ Stewart whom would fixing Insurance repair cost and also receive a kick back. While taking the car on trade in and selling them a new one. This is Double dipping if they did originally sell this car that is now branded and they have also have used an old sales tactic called the Bait and tackle. Get your customers in, pull the bait away and offer them what you have. It’s a great deal of manipulation here. Don’t let the casualness of the dealership fool you, it is another sales tactic “Branding” if you will. The idea is to gain your trust. They need your credit to sell to stay alive so buyers remember Dealship the larger the larger the profit they need to make each month and other are just plain greedy. They are not mechanics, do your own research and carful shopping!

I purchased a used 2016 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel from this dealership at the end of July, and it has been nothing but problems since day one. The first issue appeared after driving the truck only 25 KILOMETRES. When I finally managed to get it back to the dealership, one of their technicians actually laughed about the problem, which says a lot about how seriously they take their customers and the vehicles they sell. Since then I’ve experienced three additional issues, and as of now the truck isn’t even running. It really makes me question quality of the vehicle I was sold. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you’re prepared for ongoing problems and poor customer care.
