Made an appointment online. That was easy. Arrived and was warmly greeted by service advisor, Brock. We went over the service details and he escorted me to the waiting area since I chose to wait. The area was clean. There was plenty of seating available and magazines to read. I settled in with a freshly made cup of coffee and watched the Winter Olympics on the TV. Brock gave me updates and then told me it was ready. The cashier was very friendly and social. A pleasure to meet and chat with while we conducted the transaction. She even assisted with and applied the discounted points I was entitled to. All aspects of the experience were enjoyable. A great asset to buying the vehicle from here.
