Arrived for a 10:15 am appointment re: a recall service. Had been told by staff that it would take 1.5 hr. It is now 2:50 and I am still here. Had a 12:30 appt at another business that I had changed to 2:30. Had to cancel that also. Incompetency and lack of communication. Stay away!!

Team there took good care of me!! Noticed an issue with the lug nuts i had and referred me and showed me the correct ones for my aftermarket application. Even went out of there way to install after driving back with correct lug nuts. Thank you for making the difference and making me feel safer on the road. You earned my business.

Traveling thru Fort Smith, needed an oil change and tire rotation on the fly. Called and got in immediately and before I could get a cup of coffee and use the restroom- it was done! Fantastic, friendly staff!!

Love this dealership. Both my car here back in 2016 and everyone always takes great care of of me. I didn’t buy my newest Toyota here but I always come here for services. Great people.
