Had to come and get a part for Lewis in liberal I have never been there, everyone was so nice and I got a doughnut, thankkk you!!

In January, we went there for a simple oil fix because our oil was leaking for our truck. It took them up to two weeks to fix and then they were “test driving” it during the Winter Storm in the beginning of January and crashed it. Since then, they have ordered a bumper part for the car and it has arrived over three weeks ago. However, we keep calling all the time asking about an update. The person says that it will be done by the end of the day, the next day or even at the beginning of the next or current week; and guess what? No progress is made AT ALL. We keep calling and they have no progress made and we get no calls back on it saying if the car is done. Our car has been sitting in that place for TWO MONTHS now with nothing being done. I do NOT recommend going here for any of your problems and going somewhere else. This is absolutely redicilous and unacceptable. We still haven’t got any calls back yet still with any progress on the car and we just recently contacted their owner but we doubt we’ll have a response.

After a difficult start after the closure of their Oakley KS facility the Scott City Team did a great job communicating with me and the truck was fixed right the 1st time.

Was very disappointed. I made an online appointment to get the oil changed and an an alignment along with the steering. Waited the week before being able to get it in, got several messages throughout the week confirming the appointment along with the day of. When drove to town and arrived they stated that they didn't know i had an appointment and don't do the work I requested. Will not return.

They came and towed us and towed our camper also, they were all wonderful people
