We’re very honest and admiral people(both my husband and I) the owner and salesman were extremely kind and the vehicles we looked at were very beautiful and clean. BUT…. We were told our credits would have a “soft” hit. Absolutely was NOT true and very incorrect. In fact.. not only was it a hard hit.. but both our credits were hit multiple times. NOT VERY HAPPY about that, nothing else negative. Everything else was very pleasant from what we’ve experienced there.

My son wanted to trade in his vehicle and get a more practical one since he’s going to School in a place that gets more snow etc… he found the truck he wanted and we called and asked some questions since it would be over a 6 hour drive. Now keep in mind my Father was in the car business his entire life so I’ve been around and am familiar with how the business works. The employees that we spoke with over the phone were very knowledgeable about the products and I was beyond comfortable scheduling a test drive. We did the 6+ hour journey and after the test driver, the truck was everything we were told and expected! To be fair, it was better than we expected! We were given a fair price on our trade in and the entire transaction was pleasant and fast. I have purchased many cars over the years and this was by far the best experience and that’s with driving all day to get there!!! These people are top notch and I highly, highly recommend dealing with them. You will be very happy you did.

We kinda had no choice but to get a new car, but luckily the guys here were super great and willing to help us and walk us through everything! The car is in really good condition and they even took it and put gas in it which was super sweet of him. Great customer service and just an overall great guy 😁 definitely recommend if you're looking for a car!

Website said open at 10am, I waited until 10:05am to pull up. Still closed. Waited around 20min, still nobody... someone else arrived to show him a car and didnt act surprised that 'JT' wasnt in. I guess they are doing so much business that they can just do whatever they want...
