Great experience. I worked with just about every dealership in Richmond, and this was by far the most willing dealership to work for me to find my next vehicle. I used outside financing that required some untraditional steps in order to get me into a 2024 Chevy Trax. Both Ethan and the general manager Tyler were phenomenal in making sure that all of my needs were met. They went above and beyond and even contacting the financing company for me while I was work at work and unable to do so. Fantastic experience and highly recommend Ethan at Jack Durham Chevrolet.

My Experience with Jack Burford Chevrolet ​I had a mixed experience purchasing a vehicle here and wanted to provide an honest breakdown of how things went, both during the sale and during the post-purchase process. ​The Positives: ​The Vehicle & Deal: I am very happy with the car itself. The vehicle is in great condition, and the initial deal we negotiated was fair and competitive. ​The Sales Team: The sales staff did a good job. They were helpful, professional, and made the actual buying process smooth. ​The Post-Purchase Issues: ​Warranty Cancellations: I originally purchased both an extended warranty and a tire & wheel protection plan. I later decided to cancel both. While the cancellation process went through and the refunds were successfully issued, it did require extra administrative follow-up to ensure the funds were properly processed. ​Registration & Sales Tax Overcharge: This is my main point of frustration. The dealership charged me several hundred dollars more for sales tax and vehicle registration than the actual official cost. Despite following up to get this corrected, I have yet to receive a refund for the overage or a satisfactory explanation as to why the numbers don't match up. ​Summary: The sales experience and the car itself deserve a solid rating, but the post-sale accounting discrepancies regarding registration fees and tax have been frustrating to resolve. I hope management can look into this and provide a proper resolution. 3 star

A couple of weeks ago I had to drop my old car off at Hyundai for recalls and then got a destroyed engine back. I had went and spoke with Devon Johnson, he knew we were just looking no hassle and was just the best. Fast forward, not having an engine replaced and I needed a new car fast. Devon was amazing; he helped me out so much and with the help of Brayden as well. The best people by far I’ve ever had help me and it truly made me so happy to have a lower car payment than my old. If you want a new car, yall better go to Jack Burford. Every encounter I have had here has been nothing but great. I brought my 2026 Chevy Trax in today for an oil change, and was immediately greeted by Alex who was so friendly and nice. Even Jason took the time to small talk with me and my nana while I was waiting for my car. I feel welcome every time I come into this place and couldn’t recommend them more. These guys/gals are fantastic and make their customers feel apart of the Chevy family for sure.

So I needed a car for my daughter. Devon was my salesman. He was awesome. He listened to my needs and what I was looking for. We ultimately settled on a Chevy 1RS. It’s perfect! Devon was super friendly and not pushy. Great experience
