I haven't been to Ira Jack Chevrolet for many years now and while surfing the web fir a new vehicle I came across one. Went down, took it for 2 test drives alone one of them for quite a while. Mason and his father Michael were the best salesman I've ever worked with. Accommodating, honest, Straightforward and very knowledgeable. If you love Chevrolet as I have all my life there is no other place to do business with. Fast friendly service. Even the dreaded financial part was such a joy. They all are quite a team. Very nice to see. Highly recommend asking for Mason if your looking for a new or used car. You won't be disappointed. They also didn't disappoint on trade value either. It was a win, win. Highly impressed with the customer service at Jack Chevrolet! I inquired about our new Chevy traverse at 8:30 in the morning. Within minutes I received a video from a wonderful sales woman named Stephanie. In the video she showed me every detail about said vehicle. She responded quickly, helped me make sure I brought necessary documentation and waited patiently while we made a 2hr drive from Vermont to purchase the car. Stephanie went above and beyond to answer questions and made the deal work for us. We had our 14 month old with us and she even kept him entertained while we signed papers. Great work Stephanie and her sales manager Gary! We appreciated you both staying late with us to make sure we got the best deal. We will be back to get a truck for my husband.
