I have been using Jack Ingram for over a year now to service my Jetta, Cory in the service department is the best at getting me back on the road with scheduled maintenance for my car. It’s doing business with good people!! Well I can now add buying from Jack Ingram’s for the second time and Louis has helped me from the very first day! From keeping me updated on what’s going on on his end and with me being without a car due to a wreck, he really went above and beyond to accommodate me. I’m so happy with my new Taos and its beautiful blue color. Thank you Louis for doing a fantastic job! I’m forever grateful! You now have a loyal customer in me!

Very pleasant experience! The staff and our salesperson, Louis, were very kind and patient throughout the sale! I wish the sale had just went by faster. We were there for quite a long time, but, other than that, I am very satisfied with the car! It would have been nice if the swag bag contained car accessories, but the cup is very nice 😂

Stephen Webster was so helpful with my experience. He got me in a car the same I came to see him. He listened to all of my wants for the car I that I needed and checked everything off of the list. He also was very informative and answered any questions I had. I would recommend anyone come to see him.

I was devastated when a deer totaled my car recently. I am so glad I came to Jack Ingram Volkswagen because this has seriously been the best experience I have ever had at any dealership, EVER!
